GQ: What does it mean to be human?

This Learning Expedition was cross-curricular, focusing on HUMAN, Arts, and STEAM subjects. Students explored the Guiding question, “What does it mean to be human?” and considered diverse topics such as human anatomy, diversity and beliefs. This was underpinned by historical Case Studies on the Trans- Atlantic slave trade, the civil rights movement and the Windrush generation.The final product was an art installation promoting organ donation in a local hospital.
