We have five character traits that we refer to all the time and everyday in both Crew, in sessions and in Community Meetings. They are part of our DNA.
We constantly support and hold each other to account in the pursuit of demonstrating and realising these important qualities. We have high expectations of everyone involved in our schools and our character traits are an expression of these expectations. We positively find ways to articulate and realise our character traits through discussing, modelling and amplifying what each of them looks like, feels like and sounds like.
These words are not tokenistic, they are intrinsic to our culture; they are not hollow words but our common language to describe how we represent our behaviours and how we positively grow our character.
