We’re excited to invite former students to help shape the future of our alumni community by becoming an Alumni Ambassador and joining a team of passionate volunteers who care about giving back, building connections, and helping others stay linked to the place where it all began.

The panel is here to make sure alumni voices are heard, stories are celebrated, and meaningful opportunities are created.

Alumni Ambassador roles

All roles in the ambassador team are currently open for applications. Please read the information below if you are interested in joining the team:

Lead Ambassador:

Guide the big picture.
As Chair, you’ll set the strategic direction for the alumni network, support panel members, and act as the main link between XP and its alumni.

Your role:

  • Lead the panel and shape alumni goals
  • Represent XP alumni at events and in public
  • Work closely with school staff and alumni
  • Oversee communications and improvements
  • Primary point of contact

Events and Engagement Coordinator

Bring alumni together.
Plan meaningful and fun events that keep our community connected and help.

Your role:

  • Design and coordinate alumni events
  • Facilitate opportunities for alumni to give back
  • Promote engagement and attendance
  • Work with the panel to deliver standout experiences
  • Collect feedback to make each event better

Media and Communications Coordinator

Share our stories.
Take the lead on all things comms, from social media to newsletters, and help our alumni feel seen, heard, and celebrated.

Your role:

  • Create and promote content across media platforms
  • Promote alumni stories, news and achievements
  • Keep our database and directory up to date
  • Champion the XP spirit in all communications

Alumni Ambassador

Support your alumni community.
 A flexible role for those who want to contribute to the alumni panel – whether it’s writing a blog post or helping with events.

Your role:

  • Support the panel with projects and events
  • Help build our alumni archive and digital story
  • Be a friendly face and extra pair of hands
