the application of their learning to their practice. XPU awards a digital certificate for the successful completion of a course that sets out the criteria that has been met and the activities associated with this. This includes evidence of how staff have put the learning into practice.
A unique digital badge is given for every course completed and these can be added to staff professional profiles, in, for example, email signatures, or in professional platforms such as LinkedIn.
