You will join a “Crew” of dedicated professionals in an innovative school setting with the purpose of improving life chances for young people in Gateshead.
You will be responsible for some site maintenance and tidiness. You will complete routine testing and site checks, complete basic repairs, arrange for other repairs to be done and look after the general site tidiness. This role is currently 20 hours but has the potential to be more as the school environment changes and if you want it to. There are also opportunities for overtime during the holidays and school days (e.g. helping with woodwork). Please see the job description for further details about tasks you will be involved in.

Pay Scale: Grade 5 (equivalent to £13.05 an hour)
Hours of Work: 7-9am and 3 – 5pm Monday – Friday term time only (4 hours a day)
20 hours with opportunities for additional hours during holidays and help with practical work during the school days, e.g. woodwork
